TrendMill terms of service

1. TrendMill (trendmill.pro) is a service that cuts videos into clips and posts them to social networks on the user’s behalf. The service is provided “as is”.

2. The user cuts and posts only their own videos or videos they have the author’s permission for, or a licence allowing such use (for example, Creative Commons). The user is responsible for the rights to the videos. Networks remove other people’s videos and delete channels.

3. Posting is done through the social accounts and Telegram channels connected by the user. The service is not responsible for the rules and decisions of the networks themselves.

4. The subscription is paid 30 days ahead and gives a set number of posts; unused posts expire at the end of the term. Payment is in USDT (BEP-20). No refunds for a used period.

5. The service keeps long originals for no longer than 3 days, clips — until the user deletes them. Personal data (email, Telegram) is used only for sign-in and notifications.

6. The service may suspend an account for violating these terms or the law.
